- Yes, you are right, a gazpacho is also a very popular summer spanish drink. It is usually made
of tomatoes, cucumber, onion, garlic, olive oil and salt.
- I use Glade-2, why should I switch to Gazpacho?
- Gazpacho has some exciting features like UIManager support and a UI easier to use. It also has some
very interesting planned features like Templates.
- Can I use my old Glade files with Gazpacho?
- Mostly. If not, it's considered a bug and you should fill a bug report. There is a compat module
that converts old Glade-2 widgets to the equivalent on Gazpacho.
- Can I use the Glade files Gazpacho generates with Glade?
- Sometimes. If you don't use some of the exciting Gazpacho features. Hint: Menus and Toolbars
created with Gazpacho are not Glade-2 compatible.
- Will libglade load the files Gazpacho generates?
- That's the idea but unfortunately it is not working yet for some cases. The problem is libglade does not
support non Widget objects. There are some patches to fix this and we are all waiting for libglade
maintainer to apply them.
